Geek Creative Agency operates on a no-refund policy for services rendered.

• General Rule:

  No refunds after project kickoff and resource allocation.

• Client Cancellation:

  Partial refund (minus admin fees) before kickoff. None after.

• Agency Cancellation:

  Refund or credit if agency cancels.

• Duplicate/Erroneous Payment:

  Report within 7 days. Refund within 7 working days.

• No Refund on Ad Budgets:

  Media/influencer/platform spends are non-refundable.

• Project Delays by Client:

  Pause beyond 30 days may lead to reactivation fee. No refund.

• Payment Gateway Fees:

  Non-refundable if refund approved.

• Chargebacks:

  Filing a chargeback without notice may lead to blacklisting.

• Force Majeure:

  No refunds for delays due to natural disaster, war, strikes, etc.
