Payment Terms:
Upfront or milestone billing. Late fee may apply. GST included.

Work remains agency-owned until transferred. Drafts are confidential.

Usage Restrictions:
No hacking, misuse, impersonation, or unlawful use.

SLAs:
Response time: 48 hrs. Typical turnaround: project-defined.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to confidentiality during and post project.

Non-Solicitation:
Clients will not hire agency staff during project or 6 months after.

Subcontracting:
Freelancers may be used with agency accountability.

Limitation of Liability:
No responsibility for indirect loss, force majeure, third-party platforms.
